The factory covers an extent of about 5,000 sq. mts situated in industrial area at new Mangalore, the fastest growing industrial city of South India, with all the basic infrastructure required for the spring leaf manufacturing industry.
Most of the machineries are acquired from highly reputed machinery suppliers with updated technology to give better efficiency and quality product.
Special care has been taken to have line type layout of plant, Machinery and equipments. Sufficient in process storage capacity has been also planned. However plant layout itself minimizes material handling and stacking of material from raw stage to finished stage.
