Machineries

Most of the machineries are acquired from highly reputed machinery suppliers with updated technology to give better efficiency and quality product. Special care has been taken to have line type layout of plant, Machinery and equipments. Sufficient in process storage capacity has been also planned. However plant layout itself minimizes material handling and stacking of material from raw stage to finished stage. Technological aspects such has heating, temperature at hardening and tempering stage, soaking time at hardening and tempering stage, quenching oil temperature and agitation are controlled by automatic systems. Technical process have been up-dated by introducing ceramic fibre lining furnaces which gives best results by avoiding de-carborising on leaves. The furnaces are equipped with automatic temperature control systems. Moreover, shot peening process have been taken up to increase the fatigue life of spring leaves, we at action have provided the most up dated shot-Peening-Machinery. An optical hardness tester takes continuous readings on screen with speed and accuracy, a microscope at the laboratory subjects every bit of incoming raw materials to a shrewd scrutiny checking for grain size, inclusion rating and micro-hardness of the finished spring.

Mr.N.Balraj Shetty, our chairman, a well known entrepreneour in the district has been also the main force to carve the company’s success to a new dimension.

However, the success of the Company is also due to the effective marketing network in all the Southern states of India and has branches at Coimbatore in Taminadu, Vijayawada in Andra Pradesh and Hubli and Mangalore in Karnataka, very closely supervised by our other two Directors Mr.Mahesh Pandya and Mr.H.Vivekanand Shetty who have been instrumented in building personal rapport with each and every customers in different states.
